LET’S GET PHYSICAL

The foundational principle of chiropractic and rehabilitative services is that the body can heal itself when given the right tools and support. We utilize the relationship between the musculoskeletal structures of the body, the spinal column, and the nervous system to restore and maintain your health.

We specialize in:

ADVANCED MANUAL THERAPIES

Chiropractic Care offers a natural, drugless, and non-surgical approach to a variety of conditions, including headaches, neck pain, back pain, arthritis and joint pain, and injuries from traumatic events. Treatments range from stretching to specific joint manipulations and spinal adjustments.

Active Release Technique (ART) is a patented, movement-based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. It is effective in quickly and permanently resolving pain resulting from overused muscles, including headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow.

Massage Therapy is the manual manipulation of soft body tissue to increase blood circulation, relieve pain, decrease muscle spasms, increase endorphin levels, rehabilitate injuries, and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

ACUPUNCTURE & DRY NEEDLING

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese technique where very fine needles are inserted into the skin at strategic points on the body. Acupuncture stimulates positive nerve endings in the body and increases function in the body’s various physiological systems, evoking a natural healing response while increasing circulation, reducing inflammation, and releasing endorphins.

Dry Needling uses intramuscular stimulation in the trigger points of muscle or tissue to reduce knots and relieve muscle pain. Like Acupuncture, it uses fine needles that are inserted into the skin, but the two are very different. Acupuncture works with the body’s energy to promote natural healing, while dry needling focuses on relieving tight muscles or cramps by inserting the needle directly into the tight area.

SPINAL DECOMPRESSION THERAPY

Spinal decompression therapy is an effective alternative to surgery that involves stretching and relaxing the spine in a controlled manner using a motorized table. The movements help correct the positioning of the spinal discs which changes the position and structure of the spine. Spinal decompression is effective in treating diseased or injured spinal nerve roots, worn spinal joints, degenerative disc disease, herniated or bulging discs, neck and back pain, and sciatica.

LASER THERAPY

Laser therapy is a non-invasive procedure that uses specific wavelengths of light (red and near-infrared) to promote the body’s natural healing abilities. During treatment, the laser increases circulation to the damaged area, creating an inflow of more water, oxygen, and nutrients. This healing environment reduces inflammation, swelling, muscle spasm, stiffness, and pain.

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY

Shockwave therapy, also known as Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology (EPAT) or Extracorporeal Shock Wave Technology (ESWT), uses high-energy acoustic pressure waves to stimulate the metabolism, enhance circulation, and activate cells responsible for bone and connective tissue healing. It is an effective, non-invasive treatment method for a variety of issues, including plantar fasciitis, stress fractures, tendon pain, and scar tissue.
